SOME WAYS TO INVEST IN VIETNAM

Part Five - International Vietnam Funds.

Vietnam is among the most dynamic economies in the entire World. It has been growing at an average rate of about 7% during the past decade. Political stability and modernization, as well as favourable demographics, geography, growth fundamentals and strongly growing middle class, make this economy very interesting to foreign investors. Vietnam has been included into so-called CIVETS economies (Colombia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Egypt, Turkey and South Africa) another group of emerging economies that are following dynamic growth and development of the BRIC economies ( Brazil, Russia, India and China).

50 million numerous labour force is very young, low-cost but hard-working and highly ambitious. The middle class is strongly growing. The country joined the WTO in 2007. Although there are problems like 9% high inflation, trade deficits, government budget deficit and a recent devaluation of the national currency, Vietnam economy is set for growth.
